Pravni izzivi digitalnega poslovanja: e-poslovanje, varstvo podatkov in intelektualna lastnina – vabljena predavanja v okviru Erasmus+ dr. Jasmina Vukotić
V torek, 19. novembra 2024 ob 10:00, bo na FKPV potekalo vabljeno predavanje v okviru Erasmus+ programa, ki ga bo izvedla dr. Jasmina Vukotić, strokovnjakinja s področja pravnih vidikov e-poslovanja z dolgoletnimi izkušnjami in bogatim akademskim znanjem.
Predavanje bo zajemalo tri ključne teme:
■ Pravni vidiki e-poslovanja vključno z Uredbo eIDAS, elektronskimi dokumenti in elektronskimi podpisi / Legal aspects of e-business, including eIDAS Regulation, electronic document, and e-signature
■ Varstvo podatkov in zasebnost s poudarkom na Uredbi GDPR / Data protection and privacy, including GDPR Regulation
■ Pravo intelektualne lastnine (avtorske pravice, patenti, blagovne znamke v digitalnem svetu) / Intellectual property law (copyright, patent, trademark in the digital world)
Predavanje bo potekalo v angleškem jeziku, v živo na FKPV, Lava 7, Celje in na daljavo, trajalo bo 4 ure. Obvezna je prijava.

O predavateljici: Jasmina Vukotić obtained her BA from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade. She was the best student in her generation both at the faculty and at Belgrade University. At the same institution, she earned her Ma and PhD in civil law in 1998 and 2012, respectively. Upon completing her studies, she had various jobs in her line of work (court, law firm, various companies, public administration, insurance company). She passed her judicial state examination in 1997. Since 2013, she has worked as a docent at the Faculty for Applied Management, Economics and Finance at the University Business Academy. She teaches Business Law, International Business Law and Insurance. She has published around ten science papers in journals of national importance, as well as in conference proceedings of national and international importance in the following areas: civil law, administrative law, trade law and EU law. She speaks five languages: French, German, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
