Author Guidelines
General requirements
1. Show, who and how has analyzed the scientific problem of the article in Slovenia and/or in foreign countries (name of the author, year), so grounding the scientific problem of the article.
2. At the end of the article has to be literature list (up to 25 references). All the sources of the list have to be referenced in the article, indicating the surames of the authors and the publication year, e.g. (Kotler, 2008).
3. The literature sources of the article must include no less than 20 ISI cited journals articles.
4. Articles should be prepared by means of Microsoft Windows XP or later operational system and Microsoft Word 2003 word processor.
5. The structure of the article (to write in English) should be as follows:
- title of the article;
- full first name of the author and surname;
- author’s working place and it’s address, E-mail;
- abstract of the article in English (up to 3000 characters, without spaces), which includes purpose, design/methodology/approach, findings, research limitations/implications, practical implications, originality/value;
- keywords in English (no less 5);
- introduction, indicating the article’s scientific problem, novelty, aim, object, research methods;
- text of the article;
- conclusions;
- list of references;
- summary (up to 9000 char., 12 pt.,.) in English;
- the recommended length of an article should be 10-15 pages according the requirements of articles preparation.
6. Authors whose first language is not English, should have their article read and corrected by American Journal experts or Proof-Reading-Services.
7. Authors with the presented article should submit the following data:
- first name, surname, working place and its address;
- academic degree and name, indicating science field and direction, phone, E-mail;
- the scientific paper REVIEW;
- Author’s Guarantee Form

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; use a 12-point font, Times New Roman; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
7. The manuscript has been read and corrected by a native English speaker.
