Pricelist of library services
Membership fee for individuals other than teaching staff, students, researchers of FCBS and Abitura staff:
- annual membership fee = 200,00 EUR
Fine for overdue materials
- per item= 0.10 EUR/day
Notices
- 1st notice = 3.10 EUR
- 2nd notice = 6.30 EUR
- 3rd notice = 12.50 EUR
- final notice before legal action = 17.60 EUR
* costs of notices are compounded
Interlibrary loans
- materials from the FKPV Library collection (in person) = FREE OF CHARGE
- materials from the FKPV Library collection (by mail) = 6.30 EUR/item
- a copy of a paper from a magazine or journal from the FKPV Library collection:
– up to 15 pages = 2.25 EUR
– every additional page = 0.10 EUR
– every additional page = 0.10 EUR
- materials from other Slovenian libraries (by mail) = 7.50 EUR/unit
- a copy of a paper from a magazine or journal from collections of other Slovenian libraries:
– up to 15 pages = 3.00 EUR
– every further page = 0.15 EUR
– every further page = 0.15 EUR
- materials from abroad = supplier’s price + 4.50 EUR/item
- a copy of a paper from a magazine, journal from foreign libraries = supplier’s price + 2.50 EUR
Lost materials
- Lost materials must be replaced with equivalent materials, which must be purchased by the users themselves, while the users must also pay a material processing cost of 5.50 EUR.
- Users must pay the material purchase costs in addition to a material processing cost of 5.50 EUR, provided that the library purchases the materials.
Damaged or destroyed materials
- damaged or destroyed library label, including bar code = 1.30 EUR
- re-binding of the materials = 6.30 EUR
Processing of materials from other libraries and natural persons; Recording of bibliographies
- hourly rate = 20.00 EUR*
* Processing of monographs or serial publications > 45 min/item, processing of papers > 30 min/item
Photocopying and printing of library materials
- single = 0.10 EUR/page
- duplex = 0.20 EUR/page
The pricelist of library services, which is valid from 3 January 2020, has been approved by the Management board of the Faculty of Commercial and Business Sciences.
